Does the job well
Our original order was rather disappointing as the coat rack was not made very satisfactorily as one of the screws was protruding through the side but after several emails I was asked to return the coat rack to be repaired, it took a few weeks and after my husband phoned your office it was decided to replace it with a new one - which arrived in perfect condition and we are now very pleased with it after waiting for several weeks from ordering. It would be appreciated if it was possible for your customer's to get a quicker response to any problems that could arise in the future
Delighted with this, the wood is beautiful, with a lovely walnut finish. It may be only coat hooks, but it has brought some extra style to our hallway and is very in keeping with our Victorian house. We really liked being able to choose the exact number of hooks that we wanted, and the shelf is a useful addition.
Ordered this a while ago but had to wait for someone to assist in getting it installed. It went up today and his jacket gets first honours! I really like this, it is very sturdy and smart. Will really help organise coats etc. and we can now go into the downstairs loo without being ambushed by jackets! Thoroughly recommend. Good price and good service.
The quality of the build and the coat rack itself is lovely. My only qualm is that the two screws sent to affix it to the wall were not ideal. For the price of the rack you need to send something that doesnโt require me to screw into the rack youโve spent a long time crafting. They may be more expensive but these small details are very important.
The finish is darker than it looks in the picture. The whole thing would be miles better if the shelf above the hooks was a usable shelf. I would have paid much more for that. It's okay.
Iโve had to give it 10 on 10 to be able to communicate further. I am moving on the 1st so havenโt unpacked it yet. Will be happy to let you know when itโs up! I was however very impressed with your communication prior to delivery.

I researched a lot of these shelves/hanging hooks - many of them looked good but I did not get feeling quality would be right. I decided to spend a bit more and put up something more authentic and robust. They arrived really well packed and everything was provided - my joiner was impressed with the build and really liked them. They are in my hallway and I think they really add a lovely warm touch - look like they could have been there for years. Really recommend. For consideration - I bought 2 x 4 hooks rather than a very long 8 hooks version because unless you have a big area I think they look good spaced a bit apart. Just my taste.

The order took longer than anticipated, from their published delivery times. So delivery would have been when we were on holiday. I phoned up and asked them to delay until our return, which they promised to do. We received notification of delivery as we arrived on holiday - and contacted them again. They said they had a new relationship with the Royal Mail and could specify delivery, all would be OK. Except it wasnโt, and our large coat hook was propped up against the door on our return. Not happy. Plus the fittings are totally inadequate for a large coat hook (7 hooks) so we have had to go out and buy more. The product itself seems ok, but the overall experience was less than perfect.

How long will my order take
Most items are handmade and made to order. The current lead time is shown on the product page. You will also receive progress updates during production and dispatch.
What happens if there is a problem during delivery

How do returns work
To start a return, email customer service with your order number and reason. Items must be securely packaged in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are usually paid by the customer, while defective or damaged returns are covered by Off the Grain. Refunds are processed after inspection.

Yes. Click and collect is available from the workshop and is free. Collection options vary by item size.
