We are extremely confident in the items that we sell. It is for this reason that we offer a lifetime structural guarantee on all our items. Every item we make is built to last, so you can buy our furniture with complete confidence.

The guarantee covers the joints and structure of your furniture against defects in our materials or workmanship, under normal domestic use. If something fails, we'll repair or replace it free of charge. It doesn't cover general wear and tear, the wax, oil or paint finish, natural movement or small splits in the timber, misuse, outdoor or commercial use, or problems caused by installation or fixings. To make a claim, email info@offthegrain.co.uk with your order number and photos.
