Hi team Iโve not put the coat rack up yet. I like it, but there is a part where it looks a little unfinished? With some filler or material in the corner as seen in the picture. I can clean it up, but not quite what I was expecting for such an expensive and handmade piece. Best wishes Tracy

We love our new coat rack. We chose the 10 hook one in oak and itโs perfect for our needs. It fits perfectly in our porch. We are a family of four so we now all have plenty of room for our coats and bags. It arrived well packed and is very well made. We did have to substitute the supplied screws for longer ones to give it more grip to the wall but that was a very minor thing. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Off the Grain.
I love my new coat rack. I also bought one without a shelf to hang below for bags. The quality difference between the standard Amazon sellers and this is huge.

Looks really nice and well made
Disappointing. Colour is not what I expected. We ordered walnut and we've got something that in our opinion closer resembles orange oak. I am going to attempt to fix this with my own stain. More disappointing - the hooks dont seem to be evenly spaced or screwed on straight. Pre-drilled holes for the subsequent hooks are significantly skewed, and mean hooks are at quite different angles from each other. Will have to carefully drill my own. Not great at all.

Excellent service with regular updates. I havenโt put up the coat rack yet because the porch isnโt quite finished but I am very pleased with the quality and finish.
Itโs a well made coat rack. The company kept us very well informed of timings etc . The wood does need waxing in my opinion -a 10 minute job and the screw heads are a tiny bit too big for coat hooks themselves. But once itโs up it looks good and hangs coats just like it should.
We purchased the oak coat hanger and shelf for our new home. It is not fitted yet, so we are unable to post a photograph. The quality of the workmanship if excellent and it will look fabulous in our boot room.
