Description:

These solid oak wooden shelf brackets are handmade in our Yorkshire workshop and supplied as a matching pair. Designed for wall-mounted shelving where visible brackets are part of the finished look, they suit both practical storage and traditional interiors.

Each bracket is made from solid oak and finished to bring out the natural grain and colour of the wood. The traditional profile works well in kitchens, living rooms, hallways, utility rooms, and workshops, making them a reliable choice for everyday shelving projects.

The brackets are sold without a shelf, giving you flexibility to choose your own shelf length, thickness, and style. Fixings are not supplied, allowing you to select the correct screws and wall plugs for your wall type and load requirements.

Made to order in Yorkshire using solid oak throughout.

Each pair of brackets is handmade to order in our Yorkshire workshop and produced in small production runs.

The dispatch timeframe shown above reflects the current production schedule for this item. Orders are scheduled into weekly production, then carefully finished, packed, and dispatched.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. All items are sent using a tracked courier service and carefully packaged to arrive safely.

These wooden shelf brackets are made from solid oak throughout and handcrafted in our Yorkshire workshop. Oak is chosen for its strength, durability, and natural character, making it well suited to wall-mounted shelving.

As a natural material, oak features individual grain patterns, knots, and tonal variation. These characteristics are part of the wood and mean every pair of brackets is unique. Sizes are approximate due to the nature of solid timber.

All oak used is sourced from FSC-certified suppliers, supporting responsible forest management and sustainable production.

How long will my order take

Most items are handmade and made to order. The current lead time is shown on the product page. You will also receive progress updates during production and dispatch.

What happens if there is a problem during delivery

If you experience an issue in transit, contact the customer service team and they will help you resolve it.

How do returns work

To start a return, email customer service with your order number and reason. Items must be securely packaged in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are usually paid by the customer, while defective or damaged returns are covered by Off the Grain. Refunds are processed after inspection.

Do you offer click and collect

Yes. Click and collect is available from the workshop and is free. Collection options vary by item size.

Can I get advice on finishes or matching items

Yes. Product and finish guidance is available. If you are unsure about finishes or matching pieces, contact the team and they will advise.

That means that every piece of wood at Off the Grain is sourced from sustainably managed forests in areas where four trees are planted for everyone used.

We also make sure that all of the Timber supply chain that we work with are licensed and operating legally, so that we are all upholding the very high standards that we pride ourselves on here at Off The Grain.
