The Hebden Fluted is a freestanding oak vanity unit, handmade to order in our Halifax workshop and named — like the rest of the range — after a village on our Calderdale doorstep. It's the same clean design as our Hebden vanity, with fluted drawer fronts: fine vertical ridges that catch the light and give the piece a textured, contemporary feel.

A solid oak frame and legs with two fluted drawers, topped with a solid surface countertop ready for a sit-on basin. Made to your size — 600, 800,1000 or 1200mm, or a bespoke size cut to your bathroom. The solid surface top is included — non-porous and water-resistant, so it handles splashes and standing water far better than a timber or natural-stone top — and left undrilled, so your plumber sets the tap to whichever countertop basin you choose (basin not supplied).

Long pull handles come in an American bronze finish as standard, and can be customised to whatever suits your bathroom. The oak cabinet is finished by hand in any of our hardwood finishes — Heritage, Walnut, Natural, Honey, Light Roast, Dark Roast or Whitewash — to match your room.

GOOD TO KNOW

Made to order, so it's built for you rather than picked off a shelf — bespoke sizes are no problem, just send your measurements. The basin and tap aren't included; the unit is designed for a sit-on (countertop) basin you choose, and the worktop is left undrilled so your plumber fits the tap. A sit-on basin adds roughly 120–150mm on top, so the finished basin sits higher than the worktop — we can adjust the cabinet height if you'd prefer it lower. The solid surface top is non-porous and wipes clean; the oak just needs the occasional top-up of its finish.

INSTALLATION

Arrives fully assembled and freestanding — it simply stands in place. The plumbing is a job for a plumber: the worktop is left undrilled and the back panel isn't pre-cut, so they'll drill the tap hole to suit your basin, route the pipework, and connect the waste and supply. Have your chosen basin and tap to hand before fitting so everything is positioned right first time.

How long will my order take

Most items are handmade and made to order. The current lead time is shown on the product page. You will also receive progress updates during production and dispatch.

What happens if there is a problem during delivery

If you experience an issue in transit, contact the customer service team and they will help you resolve it.

How do returns work

To start a return, email customer service with your order number and reason. Items must be securely packaged in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are usually paid by the customer, while defective or damaged returns are covered by Off the Grain. Refunds are processed after inspection.

Do you offer click and collect

Yes. Click and collect is available from the workshop and is free. Collection options vary by item size.

Can I get advice on finishes or matching items

Yes. Product and finish guidance is available. If you are unsure about finishes or matching pieces, contact the team and they will advise.
