Our solid wood garden furniture is pre-treated to protect it from the elements. However, like all outdoor furniture, it will weather over time. To ensure the longevity of the product, we recommend applying a furniture oil or stain annually. This will help to maintain the appearance of the wood and protect it from moisture and sun damage.

Installation:

Our garden furniture is supplied in a flat pack form, which allows for safe and efficient delivery. Assembly is quick and easy, taking approximately 20 minutes. We provide all necessary fixings, and you will only need a drill or screwdriver to complete the process. Additionally, our furniture is designed to be easily taken apart and stored during the winter months, which will help to extend the lifespan of the product.

Most items are handmade and made to order. The current lead time is shown on the product page. You will also receive progress updates during production and dispatch.

What happens if there is a problem during delivery

To start a return, email customer service with your order number and reason. Items must be securely packaged in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are usually paid by the customer, while defective or damaged returns are covered by Off the Grain. Refunds are processed after inspection.

Yes. Click and collect is available from the workshop and is free. Collection options vary by item size.

That means that every piece of wood at Off the Grain is sourced from sustainably managed forests in areas where four trees are planted for everyone used.

We also make sure that all of the Timber supply chain that we work with are licensed and operating legally, so that we are all upholding the very high standards that we pride ourselves on here at Off The Grain.
