WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER?
We are of course sorry that you wish to return your product from us, but we understand that sometimes things just aren't quite the right fit/colour/personal preference. Please contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com for details on how to return your order. We can arrange a collection and return for a fee, or alternatively you are welcome to return your product, securely in its original packaging with our returns form and tracking details provided to the team.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?
Should your order arrive with any damage, please do reach out to the Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the damage & images, to allow the team to assess the damage as quickly and accurately as possible. We will come back to you within 48 hours of your message & will contact you if we need any more information or further images.
