WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME?
As all our items are handmade and made to order, we do require a period of time in order to produce your item. For the majority of items our lead time is 1-2 weeks. However, some of our bigger pieces (dining tables, vanity units, monks benches, painted shoe benches) have longer lead times. For accurate information regarding lead times, please see the specific lead times on each listing.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER YOUR HANDMADE FURNITURE TO?
Our handcrafted furniture is available to customers throughout the UK. We can also deliver items to Italy, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands. Please contact customer service prior to purchasing to confirm the delivery cost.
WHO DO YOU USE FOR DELIVERY?
We use a wide range of couriers to deliver our hand crafted furniture. This includes DPD, Parcel force and independent pallet companies.
MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING, WHAT CAN I DO?
Please allow 48 hours from the tracking number being issued before it will start displaying updates.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY DELIVERY?
If you have missed your delivery slot, please use your tracking number to rearrange delivery directly with the courier. If delivery has been missed on three occasions the item will be returned to our warehouse. Any returned delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer and not covered under our free delivery offer.
