What we can do

Most of what we make can be changed.

If it's in our range, we can usually make it to your sizes. If it isn't, ask anyway.

  • Any of our pieces made wider, narrower, taller or shallower
  • Shelves and vanity units cut to fit an alcove or awkward wall
  • A different finish or paint colour
  • Cut-outs for pipes, sockets or skirting boards
  • Matching pieces so a room ties together
  • Something new, from your sketch or a photo

How much does made to measure cost?

Most pieces start from the price of the standard version, plus a fee that depends on what's changing. A shelf a few centimetres longer is a small change; a vanity unit redesigned around your plumbing is a bigger one. We'll give you a fixed price before anything is made.

How long does it take?

It depends on the piece and how busy the workshop is. We'll give you a lead time with your price so you know before you commit.

Can you make something that isn't in your range?

Often, yes. Send us a sketch, a photo or a rough description and we'll tell you honestly whether it's something we can make well.

How do I measure up?

Measure the space it needs to fit in, not the piece you think you want, and note anything in the way: pipes, sockets, skirting boards, sloping ceilings. A photo with a tape measure in shot helps a lot.

Can I return a made to measure piece?

Because it's made to your sizes, made to measure pieces can't be returned for change of mind. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, we'll put it right. See our returns page for details.

Can I come and talk it through?

Yes. The workshop is open for walk-ins Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, and weekends by appointment. Plan a visit.

Not sure if it's possible?

Ask. The quickest way is a WhatsApp with a photo of the space and the sizes you need.
