Very happy with our lovely oak coat rack with shelf. The company kept us updated about when it was being made and despatched, the quality is excellent and it looks very good in our newly painted hallway. We are not the world's greatest DIYers but managed to put it up without too much difficulty. Would definitely recommend.

To start a return, email customer service with your order number and reason. Items must be securely packaged in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are usually paid by the customer, while defective or damaged returns are covered by Off the Grain. Refunds are processed after inspection.

That means that every piece of wood at Off the Grain is sourced from sustainably managed forests in areas where four trees are planted for everyone used.
