Installation

This coat rack is supplied fully assembled. The mounting holes are pre-drilled and will stay hidden behind the outer two hooks, meaning that all screws are hidden from view once the rack has been fitted to the wall. The fixings provided are for use with solid walls only, please get in touch with our customer service team for advice on suitable fixings for plasterboard walls. In order to help with reducing our carbon footprint we do not send hard copies of instructions.If you require any help with installation, please get in touch with our customer service team and we can provide instructions via email.

Delivery Information

The current manufacturing lead time on this item is 1-2 weeks. Even though everything is handmade to order, we always endeavour to keep to these incredibly quick lead times. However, very occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, it may take a little longer. We let you know when your item has been completed by the workshop including a tracking number for the courier, so you can anticipate its delivery day. Your order should be with you within 3 working days of receiving your completion email.
