Very happy with my coat hook, my only complaint would be that I thought Iโd ordered one without a shelf, as it happens the shelf looks great ๐
Lovely coat hanger perfect for maximising hanging space in a small hallway. Seen here paired with the Solid Oak Coat Rack With Storage Shelf, and two of the Solid Oak Coat Pegs
Absolutely love my coat hooks! I requested a bespoke measurement as i needed just 1 cm less than standard item on the website but wanted to retain 10 Hooks. Contacted off the grain and it was possible for a small fee but well worth it! Love the fact fixing screws are hidden by 3 of the hooks - just need to remember which 3?! ๐ Great quality well worth the expense for solid oak.
Thank you
Very pleased with my coat hanger rack in solid oak from 'Off the Grain', its a lovely piece of wood. The online shopping could not have been easier and the item was delivered within the stated delivery period, with regular progress updates to keep me informed.
A happy customer ๐

The pilot holes for the unattached hooks were misaligned and the attached hooks were wonky.
I proceeded anyway to mount the rack and attach the hooks and while screwing in the hooks with the supplied screws the heads of the screws completely stripped.
All in all Im very disappointed with the quality of the product as whole.
We ordered hallway hooks - it looks fabulous, just like on the website. We could not be happier with the purchase! But be mindful that the production and delivery can take a few weeks!
Great looking coat rack and easy to put up. Looks good. It would have been even better if the 6 coat hooks were spaced a little further apart at 11 cms instead of 10. The coats are packed close together and there is a lot of spare wood at each end. Also it was not symmetrical- the space at one end was 1cm less than at the other end.
Very nice but incredibly slow on delivery. Emailed and was told it would be despatched next day and they had incurred problems with getting goods out but took another 5 or so days for delivery.
Hooks not strong enough as all broken and had to be replaced and only used for coats
Unable to find exact ones to fit existing holes. Expensive for this to happen

Wood is a wonderful, natural material, beautiful to look and great to work with. Here at Off the Grain, we use a wide range of timber to make our furniture. All this timber is responsibly sourced & FSC certified. That means that every piece of wood at Off the Grain is sourced from sustainably managed forests in areas where four trees are planted for everyone used.
We also make sure that all of the Timber supply chain that we work with are licensed and operating legally, so that we are all upholding the very high standards that we pride ourselves on here at Off The Grain.
