Delivery Information

The current lead time on this item is 3-4 weeks. Even though everything is handmade to order, we always endeavour to keep to these incredibly quick lead times. However, very occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, it may take a little longer. We let you know when your item has been completed by the workshop including a tracking number for the courier, so you can anticipate its delivery day. Your order should be with you within 3 working days of receiving your completion email. If you would like to know any more about our deliveries, please contact our customer service team, where we will do our best to answer any query you may have.

Standard delivery is available for UK mainland only. Deliveries to any off-shore islands, international addresses and certain parts of Scotland/Highlands will incur extra delivery charges. These charges will depend on the your postcode and the item that you are purchasing. If the delivery will take place outside of Mainland UK, please contact us prior to ordering to clarify costs. If you order and a delivery surcharge is required, a member of our team will be in contact via email or phone.

That means that every piece of wood at Off the Grain is sourced from sustainably managed forests in areas where four trees are planted for everyone used.

We also make sure that all of the Timber supply chain that we work with are licensed and operating legally, so that we are all upholding the very high standards that we pride ourselves on here at Off The Grain.
