To fulfil your order, you must provide Off the Grain with certain information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide Off the Grain with additional personal information (for custom personalisation, for example), if you contact us directly. We may also request your contact number in order to allow our courier to contact you with a delivery time.

In order to process orders, we need to gather information such as your name, email address, phone number and credit card details. A contact number allows us to get in touch if there is a problem with your order.
