Delivery & Returns
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email with details about the dispatch of your item. 48 hours before your item is due to arrive, you will be sent a tracking code which will allow you to access information about your delivery and allow you to make any changes that may be necessary.
Once your item has left our workshop, we work with the best couriers to ensure that you are kept up to date with your items progress. Both our couriers will send you tracking information via text message or email including a one hour delivery slot for your item.
Our couriers deliver Monday-Friday. If this isn’t convenient then please contact the team who will be able to help.
Off the Grain Delivery:
On occasions and in particular with the larger items, we may choose to deliver your item personally. If this is necessary for delivery of your item, we will contact you after your order has been placed to arrange a time that is convenient to you.

As part of our commitment to customer service, we understand that sometimes you may want to return an item. It is for this reason that we offer a simple 14 day money back guarantee on any furniture you buy from Off the Grain*.
If you are not delighted with your purchase, then we make it as easy as possible for you. Simply return the item to our workshop within 14 days of delivery, for a full refund. We can also arrange for the item to be collected for a small fee.
